Don't forget the Murph Memorial WOD this weekend


WOD:

20 Min AMRAP
     10 Bosu Ball Kettlebell Swings @ 44/35
     15 Box Jumps @ 24"/20"
     20 Ring Pushups

Scaling Options:
- Bosu Ball KB Swings/Regular KBS/Russian style KBS (swing to eye level)
- Full height box jumps/Full height step-ups (alternating)/shorter box
- Ring pushups/regular pushups/knee pushups
