Team WOD: 20 Minute AMRAP or 2400 Rep Max (whichever comes first)

Box Jumps (24"/20")
Sit-Ups
Push-Ups
Squats
Burpees
Thrusters (45#/33#)
Double Unders (no singles)
Sledge Hammer Tire Slams

Each team member may only do 200 reps of a single movement. Team members cannot do the same movement at the same time. Divide how you see fit. 3, 2, 1, GO!
