SKILL:  Kipping pull-up drills and skills, 15 minutes
WOD:  “Mini Cindy”
      Rounds in 10 minutes of:
         5 Pull-ups
          10 Push-ups
         15 Squats
 
         THEN....
  Four rounds for time of:
      Run 200 meters
      Rest one minute
