 SKILL: Weighted pull-ups 1-1-1

 WOD: EMOM- five minutes:
3 Clean and jerk, 95/65lb

 THEN: In 15 minutes:
Run 800 meters
Then as many rounds as possible in remaining time of:
15 Abmat sit-ups
10 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg (55/35lb)
5 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
