            2x8-10 front squat 65%
           (65% is for those with a T1RM, otherwise, go for what can be done at rx’d sets and reps)…….<< consider this for the remainder of the week

                        70 sit-ups
                        60 push-ups
                        50 box-jumps (24/20)
                        400 m run
                        30 wall-balls (20/14)
                        20 Deadlifts (135/115)

                        10 Push-press (135/115)
