          3x60' farmers carries (walk around with something moderately heavy in both hands.)

WOD:

          16 Min EMOM
                Even min: 200m sprint
                Odd min: 30 sec plank

          6 Min AMRAP
                Max snatches (full or Power) 95/65
                         Every 30 seconds perform 5 burpees
