Classes

We meet in the parking lot behind the BPC Gym (you will see the pull-up rig, conexes). All skill levels are welcome and our coaches are ready to work with any unique situations (injuries, mobility limitations, etc).

We look forward to seeing everyone’s hard work and progress.

ON-RAMP
Our On-Ramp program is designed to introduce or re-introduce athletes to most movements and skills routinely encountered in CrossFit workouts. Athletes will receive significant personalized instruction and will practice the skills in specifically-designed workouts. The program consists of four total sessions. We ask that any athlete new to CrossFit or if it has been a while since your last WOD go through our On-Ramp program to ensure the safety and timeliness of our scheduled classes. The On-Ramp program is held the first two weeks of each month.

  6. I work day shift from 1030-2230... Any chance someone would be willing to make a second class any time after that as it would be nearly impossible for me to change shifts.

  11. Trevor, Someone mentioned that CF Undisclosed used to have an "Olympic Lifts for Beginners" class on Saturdays mornings. Is there anything like that now or any plans for it in the future? I'm new to CF and could use instruction on the Olympic Lifts. Thanks

    1. Les, we did do that for a while but now that we have barbells dedicated for our use, we just incorporate the instruction during classes. If you need more in depth instruction, let me know.
